What led to the decision to establish the company?

The founders of the Marlo Group perceived a strong need in the market place for a quality integration offering delivered independently of software vendors. With combined industry experience exceeding 60 years and an extensive network, the founders mobilised a team of talented integrated specialists to build one of Melbourne's most successful integration consultancies.

What is your proudest achievement as an organisation?

Whilst it is difficult to isolate a single highlight, the Marlo Group naturally takes great pride in being selected over 'the big guys' to deliver integration solutions! And whilst we enjoy winning, we also take great pride in maintaining an impeccable delivery record.

What does vendor independence mean in reality?

In reality, vendor independence means no financially driven alliance program, no referral fees and no implied obligation to recommend a particular vendor's stack. Accordingly, the Marlo Group has the ability to deliver impartial advice, ensuring the best outcome for our clients.

How does Marlo maintain the energy and enthusiasm of its staff?

The Marlo Group has an open and challenging business culture and democratic management structure. We empower our staff and encourage and nurture self-sufficiency. Our resources have the opportunity to be challenged by our various business critical projects, and are inspired, guided and respected as members of a great team. What is the average tenure of Marlo staffers?

Approximately half our team have been with the group for over 5 years and we have an average tenure approaching 4 years.
